Tonight I saw Crosby, Stills & Nash live and it was the most beautiful and moving experience and it reminded me why classic rock guitarists are among the most brilliant people to ever walk this planet.
Also Graham Nash walked past me and my dad on the sidewalk outside of the theater (we were the only people for 20ish yards) and my dad was so awestruck he just laughed and Nash laughed back and it was perfect really.
Nothing beats this kind of intimacy, when it’s about 3am and it feels like you’re the only two people in the world. There are no words or intentions, you’re just happy lying next to each other knowing that you never want to do this with anyone else. Just to consider that you’re each, essentially, a bag of bones and organs and muscles, and yet you’re both so much more than that because you’ve found each other and suddenly everything makes so much sense.
i honestly hate this type of shit but god damnit this is exactly how i feel about you at 3 am and to read it summed up so eloquently? ugh
